Hi, I'm Alejandra.

I'm a Certified Gentle Sleep Coach, a mom of two, and the person who figured out early that sleep wasn't a luxury — it was the only thing keeping me sane.

 

Both of my babies were sleeping through the night by 10–12 weeks. Not because I got lucky. Because I learned exactly what to do — and now I spend my days teaching other moms the same thing.

I arrive at your home to optimize the nursery and map out a daytime schedule that sets us up for success.

Day 02.

Real-time Coaching.

I’ll be by your side during nap times and transitions, showing you exactly how to read your baby’s cues.

Day 03.

You take the lead — with me right next to you.

We work together on independent sleep skills during the day, so you feel fully equipped by the time bedtime rolls around.

Day 04.

Troubleshooting nighttime challenges

We'll tackle each hurdle and find solutions to bring peace and tranquility back to your nights.

Day 05.

Feedback & refinement

We'll review the progress you've made and fine-tune our approach for continued success.

Secure your package

Below you'll find the link to book your package. Choose the date that works best for you. You'll need to stay home with your child for a week so we can work efficiently.

Onboarding & preparation

Immediately after booking you'll get an email with instructions on how to prepare for your Sleeping by Friday sessions. You'll also receive a form to collect you info and history.

Begin your transformation

I’ll be in your home during the most critical hours of the day. I focus on the 'heavy lifting' of the daytime hours—naps, feeding intervals, and routine building—so that by the time I leave for the day, you have a clear, calm path for the night ahead.
